  2. I've been doing this for about a month now.. I started walking 3-4 miles a day.. I told myself why not jolt into a 30 sec. run.. so I did and it works. I still do 3-4 miles a day sprinting 10-15 times. I do this 5 days a week.. I don't know if it's too much but I feel great and not sore afterwards. I keep the weekends as rest days. So far so good I'm going to continue this as long as possible. 2.5 miles of sprinting seems to be enough for me I walk the remaining miles.

  3. Hi Is it better to do some form of resistance /hiit/endurance workout before u do sprints to aid in fat loss?also why at the beginning of my sprints I find it really difficult (leg pain breathing feeling tired and worn out) but then after 20 minutes of sprinting I find it easier

  8. Indeed, who knows, however it happens a ton, we as a whole realize youngsters grow up and teenagerdom, is only an inescapable piece of that. schools for troubled teen
