How to prevent these wrinkles that Anti Aging Creams and Dermal Fillers won't help: Sleep wrinkles- Will an Anti Aging pillow help?
Sleep and Glow Pillow Promo Code: christy10
Sleep wrinkles or sleep lines cannot be helped with anti aging skin care products or dermal fillers because they were not caused by repeated expressions on the face.
According to Dr. Richard Glogau (creator of the wrinkle scale), Sleep wrinkles and sleep lines can only be prevented because they are caused by our sleeping habits and how our face is compressed into the pillow and how our skin shifts for hours on a nightly basis.
The Sleep and Glow anti aging pillow helps prevents sleep wrinkles on the forehead and the sides of the face for side sleepers . The anti aging pillow helps evenly distribute the weight of the head, neck and shoulders.
Dermal fillers are not effective for sleep wrinkles. The sleep wrinkles begin to reappear a few hours after treatment because
if the sleep position that is causing the compression and the shifting of the muscles and tissues, does not change, the sleep wrinkles will reappear.
Aging wrinkles usually appear horizontal across the forehead , or the number "11" lines between the brows or crows feet .
Sleep lines are usually appear in one to three lines , lines around the mouth, vertical lines on the forehead, cheek, and eyes.
The repetitive shifting of the face also causes facial imbalances and deformities around the nasal labial folds.
Dr. Samuel Stegman studied sleep wrinkles and creases and would use a hand or pillow to accentuate the sleep lines on someone's face.

Thanks for this information, You may have saved me a ton of money and stress about dermal fillers :)
ReplyDeleteBy the way I’m 27.
I wear a sport bra to sleep, not stiff one, and it help keeping my girls from moving too much and giving me the y.
ReplyDeleteAwesome review, not sure I can give up falling asleep 😴 in my sideways snuggly but very compressed position.
ReplyDeleteI am now adjusted to sleeping on my back but what happens now is I snore....can't win....
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing!!! Verrrryy important topic! It's an expensive drama to get goods delivered to Germany (toll, taxes, freight) Do you suggest any european alternative? Thank youuuu! :-*
ReplyDeleteYou are the best....love your videos :)
ReplyDeleteI've been trying hard to sleep on my back.. it's difficult to do as I'm a side sleeper, but I'm becoming more used to it and can sleep on my back for longer periods now :)
ReplyDeleteI'm sleeping on my stomach and I just can't change it, any solutions?

ReplyDeleteSo you're saying that there is nothing that can be done about these wrinkles once they're formed? How depressing. I am 54 and dealing with this now and it's kind of too late for a preventative. Funny thing is though I've had this pillow in my cart now for a week and keep putting off pulling the trigger because of the price but maybe it'll stop them from getting worse. I just wish there was something I can do with the ones I have already. Anyone???
ReplyDeleteSide sleeping will be the death of my face before old age I use to be a back sleeper I don’t know what happened
ReplyDeleteAre you still using this pillow and are you happy with it?
ReplyDeleteGreat info to know...have to pass this on to the wife
ReplyDeleteWow! Interesting!
ReplyDeleteWow this info is very helpfull. Do they ship to Holland? Its not so expensive because some silk pillowcases cost a 100 dollar let alone a whole pillow with a silk case included.
ReplyDeleteI think the pillow will work for me, but the chest pad I bought made me break out after three wearings. I rinsed it off and dried it between wearings. Perhaps I need to cleanse and tone my chest first? I have dry skin, I’m 64, didn’t think about breaking out.
ReplyDeleteI loved your honest review at the end (and thanks for taking a full 2 weeks to do this!). I am a side sleeper and this would be so great!!! It is $$$ but I love that it comes with a 30 day guarantee. Funny to see when your assistant was filming you..night night. Thanks Christy!
ReplyDeleteChristy, could you please please please make a video on the best way to clean pores and remove sebaceous fullfillments? You're the only skin person I trust on YouTube 🥰
ReplyDeletethanks to this video I learned my new found wrinkles are from taking too many naps, haha! I tend to squish my face into my pillow and after seeing this it all makes sense. Won't be wasting my money on eyecream now!
ReplyDeleteThanks very mutch Christy!Hugs!
ReplyDeleteIf I sleep on my back my parentheses smile lines are better but the circles under my eyes are worse
ReplyDeleteWhat about sleeping on your stomach.
ReplyDeleteI'm only 22 and I have chest wrinkles I'm also a side sleeper....no one in my family had this problem im their 20's ....plus I don't even look 22 , my feet have wrinkles also.... thanks for the advice I will try the silicone pads from Amazon.
ReplyDelete🙏White cases can be BLEACHED!..should never have "stains"...=.yuck!!! & put another white case or silk scarf over top
ReplyDeleteI am differently getting this for my dowagers neck. Thank you so much for this. Oh and for wrinkles too lol
ReplyDeleteI want this pillow so bad but I can't afford it right now. Total bummer. I'll save up for it and purchase in a couple months. It looks so comfortable!
ReplyDeleteIn ur sunscreen video u said we should use spf 50 sunscreens not more than that yeah? But how to know that a suncreen is also protecting u from uvb and uva rays...??
ReplyDeleteI’m a side sleeper! I’ve tried every kind of pillow and have spent a lot of money for them! Still not convinced! Thank you for sharing 💞
ReplyDeleteHi Christy, make a video on LED lights. Thanks
ReplyDeleteI have been using my pillow for about a week. I already see less eye puffiness and smoother skin. At night sometimes it's hard to tell if you're positioned correctly for side sleeping. My neck has little to no pain recently also.
ReplyDeleteIts so truth i have only 35y i was a side sleeper all my life i supported my head with my arm during sleep and i notice at 33/34 i that i was developing a wrinkle in horizontal line underneath my eyes .. started on the right eye and after nearly a year on the left and then i notice that only coukd be from the way i sleep. And immediately i started to force my selft sleep on my back. And it really really works. Because they dindt got any worse, plus they are plumper with skincare as well.
ReplyDeleteVery informative about facial wrinkles and how to avoid some! Thanks for the product review too!
ReplyDeleteThank You!
ReplyDeleteSo the Disney princesses were right in sleeping on their back: Sleeping Beauty
ReplyDeleteOk. I stopped the video at 3:04. Some people will not like this comment, but the pictures of the smooshed faces has me cracking up! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 That’s my face every night! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 oh boy. I looked at that pillow. I can tell for ME it’s gonna be so uncomfortable. My neck hurts staring at it. I worked for a chiropractor; he gave me one of those water pillows. That one was one of the worst pillows I ever slept on. Ugh. I sure hope it works for someone, but that’s a big no for me.
ReplyDeleteHey Christy I just wanna say that you're glowing!! ✨✨
ReplyDeleteWill pass this onto the wifey
ReplyDeleteThanks for the wrinkle information. Great video again.
ReplyDeleteits really hard to change sleep position.. done it during training days..lying on my back (no choice)..but return to sleeping on my side after a while..
ReplyDeleteAwesome content. A bit off subject, but thoughts on fermented rice water 4 face
ReplyDeleteI bought a Nurse Jamie pillow a few years ago for my neck, with the added bonus of reducing sleep lines. Its good for the neck, but wish it had a silk pillow case not satin ( they are poor quality cases). What and where can we find the boob line silicone pads to sleep in at night?! The Nurse Jamie one is small enough to travel with, this looks like it is too big to tie to my backpack and fly with. Thank you for the vid. Have a great weekend xoxo
ReplyDeleteoh wow yikes. that sleep illustration really put things into perspective.
ReplyDeleteThank you for amazing work and sharing your knowledge! I’d love to hear your take on body butters. I’ve heard Shea Butter has anti-oxidants and a natural SPF of 5. I used to use it on my face after I shaved.
ReplyDeleteI got dried tremella 😇 i need this pillow.
ReplyDeleteBut why that price tho? Just sleep on your back or buy a pillow wedge from bed bath and beyond.
ReplyDeleteyou can’t wash the case?
ReplyDeleteChristy, what an interesting concept. I'm a side sleeper! I clicked on link but where is the code? Is it at final checkout? I absolutely love your videos! Again, I've said this before but you explain things so clearly! You're a very intelligent woman! Love you Christy🌻🌻🌻🌻 went back but no code comes up. Could you put code in Christy? Thank you!!!
