  5. These are great product recommendations... However I think it's important to note that diet (whole foods and lots of colorful veggies), hydration (lots of water throughout the day), exercise, low stress and good sleep will trump pretty much any singular product or supplement. If you're leading a stressful and hectic lifestyle and not sleeping as much as you should and drinking alcohol and eating junk foods, I'd evaluate these areas of your life and prioritize them over any kind of supplementation. 😊 It's like the old saying that you can't out train a bad diet at the gym... You can spend a lot of money on external beauty products but if your internal system is struggling, that will ultimately impact your appearance far more.

    1. Try oil cleansing if you have oily skin.
    2. Exfoliate 2-3 times per week.
    3. Use at least SPF 30 sunscreen - no oxybenzone
    4. Use a combo vitamin C / vitamin E serum every morning
    5. Use retinol

    4. Exfoliate 2-3 times per week 1:40 (exfoliating should be a nice, comfortable process for your skin. No redness)
    3. Use atleast SPF 30 sunscreen with no oxybenzone. 3:30
    2. Use combo of antioxidants Vitamin C&E Serum every morning. 5:10
    1. Use a Retinol 6:10

  15. I didn't know that sunscreen was bad for kids. They mess with kids hormones whether it's in our food, milk or sunscreen. I had no idea that sunscreen containing "Oxybenzone" would mess with my hormones yet alone my kids 😠. That you for sharing this info Dr. Youn

  22. so true retinol is my #1 skin fighter almost 40 everyone think i am on my 20's a lot of genetics. I have a problem with nasolabial folds around my mouth that is what makes me look a little older any tips ? Dr for these lines. I use spf vitamin C , retinol I like that combination you mention of c and E interesting thanks for your advice . Other than that my skin looks very good

  26. I've been using sunscreen since 1990 X my face chest and behind all feels exactly the same X I've never been a sun lover and have always sat in the shade X everyone is always surprised to find out I'm in my 50 cos they usually think I'm in my 30 x
