ReplyDeleteYou're not meant to take it for 10 weeks 😂🤦♂️ & you're meant to start low & then climb in dose, 4 week is the max cycle because with this peptide your body adapts & gets used to it very quickly so with you taking it so long & from the off taking a high dose I'm not surprised the benefits fell off very quickly & from a certain point it would be like taking nothing, this is just meant to be a finisher to take for the last 2 weeks of your cycle.

Should be increasing dose, so starting at 1000 is a bit hmmm. 350 week 1, 500 week 2, 750 week 3, 1000 week 4, etc. so you probably only got the effects in week 1 if you didn’t up the dose.

You have a very low fat count and using something specific for fat burning could be harder since you’re so low on fat. Also I know I’ve seen people taking lower doses and raising them weekly so the body would not get use to the amount being taken

You had bunk stuff. I had great results, didnt take it fasted or wait to eat, but I also increased the dose each week by 250mcg. Started at 500mcg (2 x 250mcg)
ReplyDeleteI think if you’re young and healthy with a fast metabolism you won’t see much from frag. If you are older (mid 40s) it will give a sluggish metabolism a good kickstart if done according to Greg Doucetts protocol.

ReplyDeleteYou're supposed to start at 500 micrograms and then bump it up 2 900 and then 1200 so on and so forth. I think we're people get it wrong is not keeping it frozen after it is immediately reconstituted.

ReplyDeleteI’m a little confused about your protocol. I’m not saying it’s wrong but all the studies I have read show that your body cannot use more than 250mcg at a time or 500mcg total per day. So I would never take four times this week just to Dallas and expect results.
