    Anyway. I tried fast a few times. Loved it. Lost weight but because so exhausted I had to give up.

  4. after 16 hours your body goes into starvation mode!!!!... it will slow down metabolism so ul start looking like an "auswitch nazi victim".. ur getting there!!! and could be bad for older people dude!! many of u guys never consider the age group you are referring to! only between 12 to 16 is most benefit and in the morning no carbs no sugars to continue ur natural ketosis dont break the fast! get it Breakfast continue it with protein (beef/chicken broth), probiotic (teaspoon saurkraut) and eggs (all natural!!) carbs and sugars at lunch! if earlier youl stop ketosis!! that simple!   6. I’m dealing with chronic fatigue. I tried to exercise many times before but it either made no difference or made the fatigue worse. Then I tried IF 18-23 hours and saw no big difference. And only few weeks back I started doing exercising and fasting together and now I see improvements in strength and energy. I wonder why many people don’t reduce their eating window but still get benefits from working out.

  10. Why are all the HGH promoters so skinny? The guy's head is bigger than his torso. I am being serious here all of the promoters to skip eating have like no weight or muscle. I want HGH and Testosterone to be raging but if I am going to be 120lbs I think I'll stick with eating before or during working out in the morning. The little hgh I lose is well replaced by the fact I went 3x harder in the gym and my body isn't starved. I am taking GABA on an empty stomach and not eating past 8 but you need food for energy for working out hard. I did lose weight working out fasted but I can't help but feel some of that was muscle not just fat.

  20. For 18 hours at least, my food is water and teas (no calorie and no carbs and add acv ). I do some cleaning meditating and walking and reading and writing. My weight loss now is on crack. I already lost 90lbs but never this fast. I use to do only 14 hours and one DF a month.

  21. OK So research has shown that fasting increases HGH. I'm moved to ask the opposite question then. Why would a normal ' three squares a day' cause a DECREASE in HGH? And what about the natural body builders who recommend eating 3500 - 5000 calories a day for building muscle mass?
