  3. yea but if it causes an increase in IGF-1 levels that is literally the most anabolic hormone in the body; why would it be useless?

  4. Have been doing short blast cycles for bulking last few months. Incorporating Humulin R at 10iu post workout with 5-8 grams carbs per iu. Test e is at 500mg weekly. 1st 4 week blast 242 to 255. 2 weeks off, 2nd blast 253 to 264, 3rd blast 265 to 275lb. No HGH involved. Starting blast today, plan is 285 then hold what I can for a bit, then look at leaning. Thinking im about 16% body fat right now.

  5. We know all this, suppose to be a discussion about hgh+slin, not that hgh is used for dwarfs ect, we all ready no this and that it's a fat burner

  6. I used Dr Richard Walker's suggestions about simple Sermorelin along with a GHRP for connective tissue and general well being,it doesn't effect blood sugar levels and causes no apparent negative changes in blood work etc.
I would recommend it to anybody, although it won't impress the hardcore crowd Lol

  7. Dave I really enjoy watching your channel and have probably watched 90% of your videos over the past couple of years but as a general critique of your channel I would suggest you talk about the studies at the end of the video instead of the start. I think people who watch your channel including myself find your unique and anecdotal evidence the most interesting. This video is a good example of the second half being great when talking about your own experience and that of others you know or have heard of and the first half you sound like you are just picking bits out from a study as you read through it which makes it seem quite disjointed. I don’t mind if you read this or take it on board as I will still enjoy watching your channel but you deserve more subscribers for the information you put out and this might help.

  8. Somehow the modern Super Heavies and Pros over the last 25 years have managed to get their contest mass well beyond what the pre-high dose GH and Slin guys showed up with. My guess is there is a way to continue their use into contest prep and still show up contest hard on stage - HOW to run them high and still get contest definition is beyond me - yet clearly there are high dose users who manage to get a much better net gain out of them than others. There has got to be a big difference in how they are used, doses, timing, and likely which AAS they are combined with to achieve this. Devil is in the details however. For the typical gym rat I'd definitely say avoid the stuff and IMHO they are a lot more dangerous than moderate doses of AAS.

  11. I have not used GH or insulin, only MK 677 and that itself helped with sleep, hair, and skin. No real difference in scale weight or fullness.

  12. The tendon growth explains alott. If they grow thicker it wold alow you to be pushed further and giving room for more muscle but not in a person that dont train. Also if the tendon grow to mutch it wold take over the muscle making the lims smaller thus giving palumboism.

  13. Why don't you get Jordan on the show to talk about insulin use and hgh AND Milos. Also Dave PURELY out of curiosity whats the most insulin and hgh you used?

  14. Not not making money from it, I personally don;'t pull out all the stops. Growth costs as much a s running my car in the winter up here (highest village in Scotland) and insulin.... not for me, just a bit of test, deca, the usual culprits. Great video though Dave, I'd rather send you the money for diet and training advice.

  15. UCTheFREAK - Sounds like the HGH is mainly helping with nutrition partitioning, which is allowing bodybuilders to walk around "bigger". I always thought HGH potentially caused hyperplasia or is that something that's just speculated? Would be interesting hear your thoughts Dave!

  16. Dave mate, how can I PM you? I'm so bad at social media.

  17. Fascinating info Dave. What about low dose MK677 for health benefits in middle age. To the risks outweigh the rewards?

  18. if hgh causes hyperplasia and steroids dont the hgh wont necessarily make you big but the more muscle cells you have the more future growth you'll have, so it may cause 0% muscle HYPERTROPHY but thats not the aim with growth hormone use. why would bodybuilders use it year round at 20-50iu? and do blasts at 30-50iu ( would give your carpal tunnel and numbness) if it didnt work, i';ve never heard a pro not say the following in reference to gh. for instance i might ask How much do i use ''use what you can afford'' or What's the most HGH people are using? ''The most they can afford'' those are the answers i get and also its a unequaled fatburner. all these studies right arent at bodybuilding doses are they? so why do people use it then if they didnt feel it helped? not everyone does low doses for longer periods some people do very heavy 4-6 week blasts of it 4-5 times a week or every other day.
