  2. Their bcaaa are awesome. I love the fact that it has hydration property in it. So it gives u more incentive to drink it. Just don't leave it n a shaker cup to long. Smells worse than protein powder. I have tigers blood.

    You where spot on fasting too, i started experimenting with fasting in 2010 did the 16/8 and fasted for long periods on and off, my hair thinned like crazy... i quit fasting and any fad diet and am eating a lot more.....

  9. Started following the channel 5 months ago at 208, now 228. Ultimate goal is 250 @ 10%bf. Decided to start cutting. Was born a piece of string. I've never actually had to lose weight before. Jesus I'm hungry all the time. Never done cardio before either. Never needed to.

Hey chase hope all is well ...I wanted to get your opinion...I weigh 215 my goal is 200, I workout with weights and do 45 minutes of treadmill 5 days a week it’s seems that I’m just staying the same weight...I drink coffee at 6am eat tuna at noon then chicken and vegetables for dinner ...not sure what’s going on but I’m trying to get to my goal by May , and I don’t want to do much cardio that I lose muscle ,thanks
