  1. Don’t you need a toner to restore the ph balance?

  2. Just eat or drink vitamin C rich produce such as orange (or orange juice), apples, avocados, kiwi, cucumber, carrot, tomatoes, spinach, black/ red grapes as part of the daily diet and use an umbrella or walk in the shade if the daily temperature is way too high.

  6. Can 10% glycolic acid be used during the day or should it be used at night?

  7. Over use of retinol serum & day moisturizer w encapsulated retinol resulted in drooping jowels, saggy under eye, deep cutting looking lines where no lines were prior. Damage occured after a week. I'm 50 yr caucasian. After 3 wks of cerave cleanser with day n night moisturizers w ceramides, hyaluronic acid, niamincide, no repair noted. I'm looking into the Bliss line's Vit C serum. Brightening would be good, but need more elasticity restoration. Which protects should I head towards? Thanks so much.

  8. i'm really confused about the frequency of Vitamin C serum in a skincare regimen. Also, why don't you include a night-time eye cream as part of the regimen? What would you consider your night moisturizer? I would really like your opinion why SkinMedica and SkinCeuticals charge and get the amounts for their anti-aging protocols J. Public pays.

In the morning do I cleanse, vitamin C, moisturize, then sunscreen? And at night to i do the same but with retinol and minus the sunscreen? Also do you have an acne anti aging day and night routine
