Don’t you need a toner to restore the ph balance?
ReplyDeleteJust eat or drink vitamin C rich produce such as orange (or orange juice), apples, avocados, kiwi, cucumber, carrot, tomatoes, spinach, black/ red grapes as part of the daily diet and use an umbrella or walk in the shade if the daily temperature is way too high.
ReplyDeleteDo you have any recommendations for a good combination moisturizer/sunscreen? Thank you for the great information!
ReplyDeletethank you so much! i follow your recommend product and my skin is getting better!
ReplyDeletemay i ask can i use cerave night repair cream as moisturizer after cerave retinol serum?
thank you
I use Olay and people cant believe I'm 69. I'd like to know his thoughts on No 7.
ReplyDeleteCan 10% glycolic acid be used during the day or should it be used at night?
ReplyDeleteOver use of retinol serum & day moisturizer w encapsulated retinol resulted in drooping jowels, saggy under eye, deep cutting looking lines where no lines were prior. Damage occured after a week. I'm 50 yr caucasian. After 3 wks of cerave cleanser with day n night moisturizers w ceramides, hyaluronic acid, niamincide, no repair noted. I'm looking into the Bliss line's Vit C serum. Brightening would be good, but need more elasticity restoration. Which protects should I head towards? Thanks so much.
ReplyDeletei'm really confused about the frequency of Vitamin C serum in a skincare regimen. Also, why don't you include a night-time eye cream as part of the regimen? What would you consider your night moisturizer? I would really like your opinion why SkinMedica and SkinCeuticals charge and get the amounts for their anti-aging protocols J. Public pays.
ReplyDeleteCould you please do some gluten free and dairy free options for anti-aging drug store products
ReplyDeleteWhen do we apply the vitamin c? Night or day
ReplyDeleteCan you a best of for body care? My skin is so dry.
ReplyDeleteHi, are drugstore retinoid products suitable for rosacea/couperose skin?
ReplyDeleteI could only find the laroche posay moisturizer with spf. Is that okay or do we need the regular version?
ReplyDeleteWhat is your opinion on Riversol products ?
ReplyDeleteWhat order should I do day and night routines.
ReplyDeleteIn the morning do I cleanse, vitamin C, moisturize, then sunscreen? And at night to i do the same but with retinol and minus the sunscreen? Also do you have an acne anti aging day and night routine
Collagen molecules are too large to be absorbed by skin so it only sits on top your skin and does nothing
ReplyDeleteHi have you ever heard of glycolic acid is a cream to use on face? I have seen other video and a women use the cream has great skin results.
ReplyDeleteQ: peptides in the night cerave cream is tha derived from collagen peptides?
