ReplyDeleteHi Shiv :) I know everyone's different but do you have an idea roughly how long it would take listening to your file to cure severe tooth pain from nighttime clenching? I've just started listening to it a few hours a day. I'm also listening to another subconscious file on a loop to stop clenching while I sleep and I think it's working, but the teeth and jaw pain from prior clenching is intense. I had slight aching from the clenching for quite some time but two days ago it changed to strong pain. How are you Shiv? Still trading and living the life I hope!! XOXOX
