  1. I disagree about insulin. Ronnie Coleman was more shredded at times before his Olympia reign started. Example in -93 German Grand-prix he was definitely in better condition than in -98 Olympia. He's delts was striated in back double biceps pose for example. Never when he was winning his Olympia titles. He was also more striated in Muscle Mag-photos around that time early -90's. Same with Nasser. Lost all of his back detail in one year, from -94 to -95. Mass game ruined bodybuilding.

  2. Chicken breasts are overfilled with GH. Eat fuckin tuna instead of chicken whites, you will glow at night from mercury but at least you will not have bubble gut! Cheers!

Yes long term insulin use destroys your conditioning you’re talking about the start of milos and Coleman yes both of them were miles better conditioning and details at the start, even milos lost his look at the abs at the start and end of his carrier by the end his abs and obliques looked like 1 solid block shield at the
    front, it is insulin that destroys your details that’s why the only person right now with 90s conditioning is George Peterson who wouldn’t use it as he’s classic how convenient

  4. I dont believe Gh grows the gut as much as food. Dave Dearth used it he told me about it but he had no gut. Wheeler used it no gut. Both those guys ate when hungry and didnt force feed themselves. Dave ate 5 meals daily on average opposed to the 6 to 7 everyone today says must be done. Food is more a culprit of gut vs the drug. People dont want to believe that.
