Thank you so much for this clear informative explanation. I'm fasting for 72 hours and so far 48 hours have passed and I'm feeling really exhausted and hungry. But I will not give up!!!

I love this guy man ...u started me on this ..God bless you ..I have made fasting my nunber 1 tool it Improves everything ..every fucking thing ..skin...hair ..body ..muscles..mind ..sex life ..even the size of my penis ..the reason why few people talk about this is cuz it's freeaand cant be put as a compliment so no benefit to any fitness model or celebrity ..guys I do 20 hrs fasting and 4 hrs eating 5 months already have a fucking 4 pack I'm chiseled as fuck ..
This is a great channel. You put me on the path. I completed a 20 fast and i feel great, I spent one week doing 16 hour fasts and tomorrow il try a 21 hour fast but I won't go beyond that. The most remarkable thing is I still smashed a 140kg bench press for a single rep with no preworkout drink or meal just a black coffee and water . this HGH is the bollox lol. I think il continue to improve . thanks for the info bro 💪

ReplyDelete2:16 After 5 days of fasting (no food for 5 days), HGH goes up 300%.
ReplyDeleteHGH increases by 1,250% after 36 DAYS of fasting.
It does not go anywhere near 3000% from intermittent fasting.
You'd need to fast for many days for that increase.
