RICE CREAM DIY::
Rice 2-3 tbsp
Water 2 cups
Aloe Vera- 2 tbsp
Sweet Almond Oil- 1 tbsp
Vitamin E- 2 capsules or 1 tbsp
*When you first make it- it'll be watery. When you put it in the fridge, it'll set in to a cream*
