I have been aiming for 23 hour fasts daily throughout the week. Hit them multiple times while working out like mad playing basketball + compound excersizes this last week. Im seeing significant gains and lower body fat. Couldnt help but guzzle down food all weekend though which might be due to muscle growth. Ill be trying to follow this routine and see what happens.

Dr, kindly make some research on Muslim people. We are supposed fast during Ramadhan, meaning one month full fasting, + every week Monday & Thursday, + every 3days in the middle of the month + on a certain day in a year.
We Muslim fast, from down about 5-6 in the morning, and when the sun down, about 7pm in the afternoon.

I was wondering if Dr. LeGrand can make a video on a few other beneficial exercises or additional practices that may be beneficial with fasting. These include: Rebounding. Oscillating between cold and warm during showers, and inversion table.If anyone thinks these are worth making a video on definitely pass it on. Note that not everyone is healthy enough to use an inversion table since it increases the the blood pressure on the upper body during use, especially the head.

i don't have a way to measure it, but i felt that being on Day 4 of my fast, my production at work has gone up significantly, i lost 7-8 lbs, and my energy level is so high. i feel the urge to want to run or do aerobic exercise
can a liquid fast also increase HGH? example, I'm on a liquid fast drinking water and protein shakes (with collagen) and started working out also, will I be able to tap into my HGH? thanks.

I have been an OMADer for a long time. I lost more than 28% of my body weight, reduced my body fat from 40 to 20% fat, and my BMI from 33 to 24.
