HGH - Day 180 - Reasonable Expectations

GenF20™ Look Younger, Feel Younger, Stay Younger With HGH

I've made it to the 6-month mark with #HGH, which is when all of the #benefits should have kicked in. What have I experienced, both the good and the bad, after 180 days of #TRT and #HRT? I fully encourage anybody over the age of 45, if they're feeling sluggish, to get their #testosterone and IGF-1 levels checked. Testosterone Replacement Therapy and Human Growth Hormone Therapy could change your life for the better.

  4. A lot of dudes on youtube are raving about trt and gh on the basis of 'optimising' hormones etc. They need to optimise their diets cos' theyre all fat as fck.

  5. Back going "out" is pretty vague. A comprehensive assessment of your back issues would be helpful. I'm actually here for the exact reason. I have the same issues however, I know exactly why my back goes out. I've had CT. MRI etc. You look like a big dude, like me you probably have degenerate disk issues, schmorl's nodes etc. Can you elaborate?

  6. I get ripped because it's hard work and because it's healthy to be lean, of course easier on your body.

  7. Around halfway through the video, you mentioned alcohol, but never said what kind. Was this beer vs vodka or what? Different alcohols will have more or less hangover effects on the typical person.

  8. having a six pack means starving. its not natural for humans to have six pack. for most of us its not sustainable, our leptin levels, cortisol, other hormones, will not allow us to maintain it. at least for 90% of populations.

  10. Good job brother. You can shed bodyfat just by walking for an hour every am and reduce calories 300 to 500 cals daily. Not exactly "starving". Mindset man. Go for it. Try jiu jitsu too.

  12. My question is, how can the average guy afford to go on HGH? It's like half your income going towards it.

  14. Do you monitor your blood sugar? Thats what stops me from using it people commenting about becoming diabetic cuz of it

  15. Your perspective on all of this is exactly how I see it. Being ripped is not necessarily the goal after 45....feeling like your 30, being able to eat what you want (within reason), and having overall better health, is the goal.

  17. You said it yourself, the motivation...you don't have it. For what? To be the best version of you. You say you got on this stuff to look good with your shirt off and to be healthy. Well you would feel even better if you were lean. You probably look ok at best with your shirt off and you are clearly not heathly seeing as you are fat( not eating good food) and drinking booze. You realize the body stops all breakdown of food as soon as it senses booze. Do you know why? Because the body sees it as actual poison and stops the entire breakdown of food and everything else and immediately tries to get the booze out of you asap. You found drugs to help you look ok with your shirt off and didn't change your lifestyle one bit. You are weak and a joke
