Fasting and taking HGH actually passes the cap because fasting will increase HGH naturally by 300% on a 72 hour fast and increase to up to 1250% of a week fast, of course this ain’t a ED OR EOD thing to do but it’s shown to pass the threshold without having to do a ridiculous dose of high IU amount.

    By doing an EOD cycle of growth it has shown with fasting to baseline your levels at optimal ranges without having to take massive dosages.

  13. #MorePlatesMoreDates Don't you think that there is the possibility the GH maxed out on ~700ng/ml not because the body has a "counter regulating mechanism", but because that's how much you will reach based on that dosage?


    I think a more accurate assumption would be if we see another test where individuals took for example 30+ or 40 IUs per day during the same 7 days. If on this experiment the individual also max out on ~700ng/ml than yes we can assume this is the maximum the body will ever reach and keeping using this huge amount of dosages is pointless.

  18. It looks like most of the people commenting have never taken quality GH. Hgh is worth it even at only 2iu per day. I prefer 4iu per day, I can get better results with less gear and feel allot better.

  21. I’m taking Pfizer hgh. If I do more then 6 units a day my hands go numb and my fingers hurt so bad. Even when driving they will get the swollen feeling and I have to shake my hand In order for Pain to go down.

  26. Gh with insulin is a whole different ballgame. In fact HGH is not going to put much muscle on you especially if you are more ectomorphic. Fat loss it’s great. Good quality gh only 3iu’s/day(1.5iu x 2) is plenty to lean out and improve body comp. For lots of size you need Slin with it.

    I’m not recommending this but this is what I did and got absolutely huge while staying relatively lean. It was the last cycle I did which was back in 2015. AAS dose was low but hit from several angles.

    Base of:
    200mg/wk TestCyp
    200mg/wk NPP
    25mg/day Proviron

    Then on training days (4x/wk)
    Pre-workout:

    50mg test suspension

    12.5mg injectible D-bol
    12.5mg injectible Adrol

    So total that’s less than a gram total/wk gear BUT.....

    Hgh SubQ yields the lowest HGH spike but highest igf conversion, HGH intramuscular yields a better hgh spike and a bit less igf conversion. HGH intravenous yields rapid and high hgh spike and low igf conversion.

    Igf isn’t everything. HGH serum is very anabolic. So I took advantage of both methods.


    3-4 workout days per week I’d time the gh to peak with the slin(Humalog).

    Humalog peaks at 30min and 90min

    I used Serostim right from the pharmacy as I’d never I.V. generic hgh.

    So say training is at 5pm. I’d shoot 6-7iu humalog intramuscular and 1.5iu Serostim intramuscular(pushed deep into low bodyfat area like calves). Then about 30min later the humalog has its first peak and I’m about to train so right before I would I.V. 1.5iu Serostim. Again I don’t recommend this and I wouldn’t do it with anything other than human grade HGH and at least be well trained on how to inject I.V.

    So at this point the Humalog peaked and IV hgh peaked right as I’m about to train. Sipping on 60’ish carbs from waxy,hbcd, 10g creatine mono,10g glutamine and around 20-30g BCAA’s amd EAA’S. Training is over around 6-6:30 at which time the Humalog’s second peak hits and at the same time the first 1.5iu intramuscular Serostim shot peaks. At this time driving home I’ll have 30-35g medium fast acting carb/30g whey isolate shake. About 30min later post workout meal(carb/protein only) like chicken and rice,etc..
    then two or three hours later for the next meal introduce fats back in because by the time the Humalog cleared and the anabolic timeframe I took advantage of with the GH and insulin and nutrients. Then before bed 1.5iu Serostim subQ to take advantage of the IGF all night, etc. so that’s only 4.5iu gh 4x/wk(18iu total) the other 3 days of off days, 2 of those days I’ll do 1.5iu Serostim before bed and one day off week (21iu/wk total.).

    Sounds complicated but when you add everything up dosages were not very high at all and I blew up on that cycle more than I ever have. A buddy of mine was using 12iu’s/day Serostim without insulin and much more gear and did not get in close to the results I did on that cycle. In the future if I cycle again it will definitely be a low-dose AAS (feel way healthier) and manipulating HGH/insulin and incorporating peptides, etc. like maybe throw in igf-des in the middle of training or right towards the end of it like 50mcg bilaterally in the muscle trained

  30. I’ve also read about another controlled group study of middle-aged males taking long-term (12 weeks for this study), low-dose (2 units) GH experienced both low Free-Test levels and low SHBG. You find multiple studies on it by googling “HGH effects on SHBG or Testosterone.” From my experience, GH is a waste of money and bad for free test levels.
