  5. it did change my life.. reversed the effects of a lifetime of 5htp and prozac (serotonin). then take 5htp/melatonin if you took to much macuna to lower blood pressure and sugar. i like to take before a workout but i used to take it before bed too. another good one to experiment with is GABA.

  9. To much Mucuna can send some ppl severely fruit loop. If you grow your own Mucuna it has to be prepared before eating them or it could kill you or you go fruit loop which ever comes first. L-Dopa can also be obtained by soaking Fava or Broads beans for about 8 days to give 2% L-Dopa. Mucuna beans only grow warm climates and broad beans grow in cold climates. It smells and tastes awful so rinse very well every day in fresh water or sprout them. So the good Dr has missed this cold weather alternative!

  15. How the hell would any man know how to beneficially manipulate bodys HGH or any other hormones? The fact that the manipulating agent comes from herb doesn’t change that.

    Plants contain myriad of poisonous chemicals, thats not news. If some of them manipulate HGH so what? It’s still manipulation.

I love learning new ways to better my brain,in this day and age one of the wisest thing we can do for our health specifically our brain is to feed it with natural meds bc it's more then clear that if we want good health we must go out and learn for ourselfs. keeping in mind that everything we were taught was wrong......
