HGH Human Growth Hormone vs Insulin
Eat less and get younger? and grow muscle? Huh? The longest living people eat less, much less... and raw vegan bodybuilders and finding that not eating for a while actually helps their muscles grow faster. This video helps explain why. Part of what keeps you young and strong is HGH human growth hormone which the body releases under certain conditions. The enemy of HGh is insulin, which is released under other condtions. They cannot be released at the same time, otherwise its like having your foot on the car gas pedal and on the brakes at the same time. Learning the secrets is key. Watch this important video

ReplyDeleteSo now I so confused...
❤️ I love Cara and Markus!
ReplyDelete1:16 all eating, pretty much, unless is fat ... what does that mean? Fats (like extra virgin olive oil, extra virgin coconut oil and extra virgin avocado oil) do not raise insulin or what?
ReplyDeleteanterior pituitary produces hGH
ReplyDeleteI was thinking to buy your cook book because it looks delicious and has some cool deserts. I’m a chocolate lover and now I make your chocolate recipe from youtube...how often can I have raw dessert and how much fat you recommend? Fat seems to be a mix opinion/confusing for raw vegans.

ReplyDeleteDear Markus, another amazing video. One question: I need to take meds, like Lugol (For thyroide) and doc told me to do it in the morning. Since i want to start to eat only from 4 to 6 PM, do you think only at that time i can take the Lugol stuff? Once i took it in an empty stomach and i almost vomished my organes, it was horrible. Thanks in advance.
ReplyDeleteHgh is made in the brain not in the liver. Igf-1 is made in the liver

ReplyDeleteThank you for this video and information Markus! We really appreciate your great job and enthousiasm! One question dear Markus: when yxyou say you don't eat inbetween the meals, do you count smoothies (or even just fruit juices) as meals or do you drnik them inbetween and they don't appear in your accountability count? I tend to consider them as meals, even if in liquid form. Thanks a lot for the time you may consider for the answer. Wish lots of success

ReplyDeleteHi Markus, can you do a video on what foods are NOT supposed to be eaten raw? I've never quite seen any raw foodist produce recipes on raw eggplants or gingko nuts etc...or perhaps which seeds of fruits are ok to blend (apple, papaya, water melon but what about lemon n oranges etc)? Thanks Markus.
ReplyDeleteno shortcuts in nature! sounds good!!

ReplyDeleteHi, any thoughts? ► Omega-3 from plant sources do not provide the same benefits as that from marine animals, as the omega-3 found in plants can’t be converted by your body into the omega-3 you find in marine oils, ► ALA is a precursor to EPA and DHA. However the conversion rate is extremely small, so you cannot eat enough plant-based omega-3 to achieve healthy levels of EPA and DHA.....
ReplyDeleteThank you! Awesome video
ReplyDeleteHello Markus, I have a question to you. Since your Viedeos are almost all in English, I have translated the text under the video with google since my once learned English is not so good. First of all, I am type 1 diabetic woman for 6 1/2 years first and must inject insulin, eat vegan and also vegetarian (but no pudding vegetarian) and am slim. My question: Do you have an idea, how the injection with insulin behaves to the HGH? And many thanks for your super clarification. Greetings from Germany
