  14. 1:16 all eating, pretty much, unless is fat ... what does that mean? Fats (like extra virgin olive oil, extra virgin coconut oil and extra virgin avocado oil) do not raise insulin or what?

  16. I was thinking to buy your cook book because it looks delicious and has some cool deserts. I’m a chocolate lover and now I make your chocolate recipe from youtube...how often can I have raw dessert and how much fat you recommend? Fat seems to be a mix opinion/confusing for raw vegans.

  17. Dear Markus, another amazing video. One question: I need to take meds, like Lugol (For thyroide) and doc told me to do it in the morning. Since i want to start to eat only from 4 to 6 PM, do you think only at that time i can take the Lugol stuff? Once i took it in an empty stomach and i almost vomished my organes, it was horrible. Thanks in advance.

I have binged eating the on junk food or eat way over my calorie intake on even good foods, cause I felt like I was way too hungry.

  22. Thank you for this video and information Markus! We really appreciate your great job and enthousiasm! One question dear Markus: when yxyou say you don't eat inbetween the meals, do you count smoothies (or even just fruit juices) as meals or do you drnik them inbetween and they don't appear in your accountability count? I tend to consider them as meals, even if in liquid form. Thanks a lot for the time you may consider for the answer. Wish lots of success

  25. Thanks!!!!!! I love intermittent fasting, too. It is really one of the best things I discovered in my life. Although I eat raw vegan for years, there always was something wrong with my diet and I didn`t felt as happy with my body, as I should... Now, it goes better and better and better. But, to stop eating at 7 .p.m is important too for me. I `m eating not bevor 4 p.m. and sometimes I`m struggeling with the aim, not to eat after 7.pm. And , I`m searching for the perfect raw diet for me. Intermittent fasting is overwhelming good and now I search and try for my own perfect raw vegan diet :). To much fruits is not good for me, it makes wrinkles, I think :) although it is fresh and raw. Yes, Greens are the most important food, I think, that`s clear. To integrate enough is important. But veggies without much fruits makes me not comfortable. So I have to integrate more healthy fats. Although Brian Clement from the Hippocrates Health Institut says, less overt fats is the best... But with his suggestion I would starve and would be a unhealthy thin and very underweight woman. . So, not my program at all. And what you are eating or what I see, what Cara is preparing for you, would be for me to much salty or oily. But for you and Cara it seems to be perfect!! You both look amazing!!! Yes, it´s not only the eating stuff. I know :) Best wishes for you and Cara and many thanks for all your inspirations!!!!°!

  27. Hi Markus, can you do a video on what foods are NOT supposed to be eaten raw?  I've never quite seen any raw foodist produce recipes on raw eggplants or gingko nuts etc...or perhaps which seeds of fruits are ok to blend (apple, papaya, water melon but what about lemon n oranges etc)?  Thanks Markus.

  30. Hi, any thoughts? ► Omega-3 from plant sources do not provide the same benefits as that from marine animals, as the omega-3 found in plants can’t be converted by your body into the omega-3 you find in marine oils, ► ALA is a precursor to EPA and DHA. However the conversion rate is extremely small, so you cannot eat enough plant-based omega-3 to achieve healthy levels of EPA and DHA.....

Hello Markus, I have a question to you. Since your Viedeos are almost all in English, I have translated the text under the video with google since my once learned English is not so good. First of all, I am type 1 diabetic woman for 6 1/2 years first and must inject insulin, eat vegan and also vegetarian (but no pudding vegetarian) and am slim. My question: Do you have an idea, how the injection with insulin behaves to the HGH? And many thanks for your super clarification. Greetings from Germany
