  1. Have you looked up stem cells vs. HGH? I'm considering doing stem cells for a Scapholunate Tear in my wrist (ligament issue, not cartilage).

  2. Hi, was it genuine HGH? Never heard of such brand of HGH. Was there any significant smell, when you were applying it? It should always be there...
Well known pharma are Genotropin, Norditropin, Magnustropin, etc. (but even these come often as fakes, filled with peptides instead, etc.)
I would expect genuine in your case, as you were prescribed, but am asking about the smell, as this is one of the signs of originality.

  4. Thank you for making this video mate. Onya!
The needle you got looks like the standard kind they give to diabetics. Yeah they are dull and hurt! Dunno why. Dunno about in Oz, but you CAN buy just needles and replace the ones that came with it. They have always been way sharper in my experience.
Bummer it didn't seem to work though.

  9. If I am opting for the non surgery route how long do you think after my injury can I safely do self stretching supinating/pronating? It's been 2 weeks and I can do wrist extension and flexion with 90% range now but it does hurt at the end of range. Supination and pronation hurt too much so I haven't tested it yet. I just want to find a balance between letting the injury heal and starting to do self rehab on it

  10. Thanks for the video. I had my tfcc surgery 15 months ago. Though I am able to play tennis or do push ups after a year, I still feel the same soreness or burning sensation after play that I used to feel pre-surgery. Wondering why I did this surgery. Should I have just braced up and carried on? All this for just a slight tfcc tear. Wanted to get back to playing tennis like pre-injury days. A dr friend had advised me against surgery as cartilage never heals, easily. But if one is already seeing a wrist surgeon for this , they will invariably suggest surgery and I decided to go with my hand dr suggestion than a general physician friend’s informal advice. My surgeon was personable guy though.
I had seen your previous video and thot my dr wont be that bad and still went ahead with the surgery. Though all went well - surgery, Physio etc, the recovery was certainly not 3-4 months as I was made to believe. Has taken me much longer. But for all the trouble taken , I didn’t expect to feel the soreness 15 months later. Shud have researched more before going under the knife . Hope there is light soon as I want to be 100% fit for my tennis .Wondering if I am still a good candidate for stem cell therapy and/or prolotherapy.

  11. Interesting to see but is known that some tissues do not regenerate: cartilage, lingements, nervous cells(tissues).

  12. Hi, I suffer from similar injuries, on both hands (from falling on skates skating backwards more than a year ago). Wanted also arthroscopy, but probably will cancel that, as I am afraid of getting worse after that).
This is very limiting to me, as I worked out a lot, now I cannot and not know whether ever will. As well limiting in another activities and everyday situations.
Still, I got different question - did HGH help at least to you spine issue, which you hoped for, please? I have got similar issue even here.
    Thanks and get well soon!

  19. Get and post labs.. improper storage or other factors may reduce efficacy , I am on week 3 at 2iu/dy and have same report as you.
I am getting IGF-1 labs done to confirm my blood levels are optimal before determining if HGH is working for me or not.
I have a 6 month supply in the fridge so time will tell.

  20. Hi Emilio have you tried prolotherapy?

  21. Thank you for sharing your experience and honesty. Watching your videos regarding your bad surgeries have made me hesitant to have surgery myself. I have had a very sore wrist for over a year. I have been going through therapy for several weeks now. I will see the doctor in 2 weeks to see if I need an MRI. I just started taking collagen powder a few days ago. I put a scoop of it in my coffee each morning. Collagen is supposed to be good for your bones and connective tissues. I have not seen any results yet but I am hoping over time it will strengthen my tendons. I wish you the very best with your next surgery.

  23. Did you try prolotherapy along with it or anything?

  24. maybe try 2 IU ? 1iu is a very small dose

    ReplyDelete
  25. I would recommend at least 2 IU. After a month of using 1.5 IU noticeable differences, recently been prescribed to 2IU, happy to share results in another month or so. About $350 for a vile which lasts about a month at 1.5IU. Research online also suggests that 1.5 IU is a minimum maintenance dose so from that you would definitely be wanting 2IU+ to see results for such major cartilage repair. Shop around different clinics for price as what you paid for what you got is way higher than what I'm paying. I'm located in Melbourne. I've got Tendon issues.

  26. Hey there man, if you're spending so much money i'd def recommend you to visit a guy named Andras Saltas. He's a human function repairman, and he's a really good one, one of the best there is, if i had money i'd travel there and visit him myself, but for now i can't. if you're interested look up hi's Instagram: bodmechanic
, you can check the things he does, it's amazing. i hope you're recoving good, i'm having tfcc surgery in 7month's and now i'm starting having doubts.

  27. ideally you should inject it close to the site of injury to increase proliferation of cartilage. If you don't mind dropping some coin, you should look into regenerative medicine specifically PRP and Stem Cell therapy. For the mean time, use heat pads religiously as heat can stimulate healing.
